Cancellation of Tickets

The booking shall become valueless and non-refundable under the following circumstances

  1. If not used on the date specified on its face (The booking of New Year Event Party Ticket is valid only on a specified date and time)
  2. If, in the opinion of a representative of the Service Provider (New Year Party Organiser) If the user is under the influence of drugs or is creating nuisance then in such case the representative reserves the right to refuse the entry or request the Customer to leave the premise keeping in mind
  3. the safety, comfort and security of other customers
  4. the protection of property
  5. The Service Provider (Party Organiser) is required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Law. In the event that an authorised representative of the Service Provider (Party Organiser) is of the opinion that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement and the user is unable to provide photographic proof, that they are of the required age, then in that case the Service Provider (New Year Party Organiser) will not permit entry to that user

Terms of cancellation are as follows:

  1. The customer has an option to cancel the tickets booked online until 9 Days before the event (Cancellation Charge of 20% will be applicable)
  2. No ticket cancellation is allowed on tickets booked after 22nd Dec 2022
  3. Convenience fee and taxes applicable thereon will not be refunded in case of cancellation
  4. The refund for the cancelled ticket will be processed in minimum 15 working days.

General Conditions

  1. The Service Provider (Party Organizer) will do everything possible to ensure the Party and operating times are adhered. However due to circumstances beyond the control of The Service Provider (Party Organizer) there may be times that a Party has to be cancelled. In this instance the user may be given a refund of the ticket only.
  2. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of The Service Provider (Party Organizer). If any Party is cancelled or cancellation is done from the management of The Service Provider (Party Organizer) then the formalities for the same will be taken in to consideration. The user agrees not to bring in any action against The Service Provider (Party Organizer) or B2B BAZAR DOT COM in such instance.
  3. The user must be above the age of 25 to attend the New Year Party. The user must provide relevant proof of entitlement when the tickets are being collected or upon entry to the Party
  4. The Service Provider (Party Organizer) reserves its rights to suspend the operations of Party due to some exigencies. And any offer, scheme, promotions shall not be valid/ applicable in respect of such Party. B2B BAZAR DOT COM or The Service Provider (Party Organizer) shall not be liable for any losses/ damages arising / connected with such suspension. This clause shall also be applicable and binding on all B2B BAZAR DOT COM or The Service Provider (Party Organizer) agents, partners, partners agents, partners affiliates and employees.

Warranties and Indemnification

  1. The user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this service, and he/she possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability he/she may incur as a result of the use of this service.
  2. The user understands that he/she is financially responsible for all uses of this service by him/her and those using his/her login information. The user will supervise all usage of the booking facility under his/her name or account.
  3. The user warrants that all information supplied by him/her and members of his/her household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
  4. Tickets purchased for a particular Party are valid only for that Party
  5. Please carry proof of age for Attending the Party
  6. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Party Premise
  7. A convenience fee per ticket is levied on all tickets booked online.
  8. Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the Service Provider (Party Organizer)
  9. Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders.
  10. In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket can be issued. Please call us at our Customer Care Number – 8879048730
  11. The holder of a E-Ticket with registered Mobile Number of that particular transaction is deemed to be the owner of the ticket.
  12. The Service Provider (Party Organizer) does not take responsibility of loss or damage to articles that patrons may carry inside the Party
  13. Items like laptop, cameras, knives, weapons, lighter, match box, cigarettes, firearms and all types of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
  14. Entry will be denied for patron/s with any symptom related to COVID-19.
  15. All patrons shall be solely responsible and liable for any risks pertaining to the Covid-19 virus upon entry to the Party. B2B BAZAR Dot COM, The Service Provider (Party Organizer) Directors, officers, employees or any other related parties shall not be liable directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever if any patron at any time is infected with the Covid-19 virus or for any injury whether personal or incidental or otherwise and/or for any special, indirect, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever.
